These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products (audio guides, smart itineraries, PDF maps) from MuseumsInfo.digital, operated by MuseumsInfo Digital FZ-LLC, Building 1, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms constitute a binding contract between you ('Customer', 'User') and MuseumsInfo Digital FZ-LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us'). They apply to all purchases of digital products from museumsinfo.digital, including Premium Digital Audio Guides, Smart Itinerary PDFs, Offline Maps, and any bundled products ('Digital Products').

2. Digital Products — Nature of Purchase

All products sold on museumsinfo.digital are digital goods delivered instantly by electronic means. Upon purchase:

You receive a secure, time-limited download link via email.
You obtain a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Digital Product on up to three (3) personal devices.
No physical product will be dispatched. No shipping address is required.
The download link remains active for 30 days from purchase. After that period, you may request a renewal link by contacting our support team.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed immediately upon order submission through our PCI-DSS certified payment partners. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.

4. Licence and Permitted Use

The Digital Product is licensed, not sold. You are granted a perpetual, personal, non-commercial licence subject to the following:

You MAY:

Download and use the guide on up to 3 personal devices simultaneously.
Use the guide in offline mode for museum visits.
Share your personal access with immediate family members travelling with you.

You MAY NOT:

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the files publicly.
Upload the content to any public platform, cloud storage, or file-sharing service.
Remove copyright notices or branding from the Digital Product.
Use the Digital Product for commercial purposes (e.g. tour operator use) without a separate commercial licence. Contact us for licensing options.

5. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products, including audio recordings, narration scripts, PDF documents, maps, and branding, are the exclusive intellectual property of MuseumsInfo Digital FZ-LLC or our licensed content partners. All rights reserved. Third-party curator content (where credited) is used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action under UAE copyright law (Federal Law No. 38 of 2021) and international treaties.

6. Refund Policy

We operate a 14-day money-back guarantee for all Digital Products. Please refer to our Digital Delivery & Refund Policy for full details, including the process for requesting a refund and applicable conditions.

7. Delivery

Your download link will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please:

Check your spam/junk folder.
Ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
Contact us at [email protected] with your order confirmation number.

8. Guide Updates

Purchased Digital Products are eligible for lifetime content updates at no additional cost. When a museum opens new galleries or updates exhibits covered by your guide, we will issue updated files. You will be notified by email and can re-download via your original link (or a renewed link, if required). We cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for updates beyond our published 30-day target for major institutional changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital Products are provided 'as is'. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information will remain current at the time of your museum visit, as institutions may alter opening hours, exhibit arrangements, or admission policies. We recommend verifying opening times directly with the museum before your visit. Our guides are intended as an enhancement to, not a replacement for, official museum communications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MuseumsInfo Digital FZ-LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Digital Product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use (or inability to use) any Digital Product.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or, where applicable, the general UAE courts. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For existing customers, material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our service after the effective date constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
