πŸ“– Our Story

The MENA Region's Premier
Museum Travel-Tech Publisher

Founded in Dubai Internet City, MuseumsInfo.digital bridges the gap between world-class cultural institutions and the modern digital traveler β€” one premium audio guide at a time.

Est. 2019

Born Digital.
Built for the MENA Museum Era.

MuseumsInfo.digital was founded in 2019 by a team of cultural journalists, heritage architects, and travel-tech entrepreneurs who shared a single frustration: the world's finest museums in Qatar, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia were opening at an extraordinary pace β€” yet the tools to truly understand them lagged decades behind.

The founding vision was simple: "What if every traveler could visit a MENA museum with a world-class curator in their ear?" So we built MuseumsInfo.digital β€” a travel-tech publishing house operating at the intersection of cultural journalism, audio production, and UX design.

Today, headquartered in Dubai Internet City, we are a team of 34 specialists β€” curators, narrators, software engineers, and UX designers β€” producing the most authoritative digital audio guides in the MENA region. Our flagship Qatar collection covers 14 institutions and has been praised by the Qatar Museums Authority as "the most comprehensive cultural companion for Doha's institutions."

Why ".digital"?

Not a Print Guide.
Not a Pamphlet. A Digital Experience.

The ".digital" in our domain isn't a novelty β€” it's a promise. Every product we publish is conceived, produced, and delivered as a native digital experience. We have never printed a pamphlet. We never will.

Audio-First Production

Every guide begins in a professional recording studio. We partner with regional heritage institutions and universities to source authoritative narrators β€” historians, archaeologists, and curators β€” not actors reading from a script.

πŸ› οΈ

Proprietary Tech Stack

Our in-house engineering team builds offline-capable, GPS-triggered guide apps. Our content management system manages 4,000+ audio segments across 42 guides in 15 languages simultaneously.

Living Documents

Unlike a printed guidebook, our digital guides are living documents. When the Qatar National Museum opens a new gallery, we update the corresponding guide within 30 days β€” free of charge to all existing customers.

🌍

MENA Cultural Expertise

We do not produce generic global content. Every guide is researched exclusively by MENA-based historians, Islamic art scholars, and heritage architects. Context is everything.
